Low influenza vaccination uptake places patients at risk from flu. A number of your patients will fall into identified 'at-risk' groups which mean they are eligible to receive influenza vaccination.1

Conditions that place patients at particular risk:

  • chronic respiratory disease
  • chronic heart disease
  • chronic kidney disease
  • chronic liver disease
  • chronic neurological disease
  • diabetes
  • immunosuppression
  • asplenia or dysfunction of the spleen
  • pregnant women
  • morbid obesity (BMI ≥40 kg/m²).

Sanofi Pasteur provide a useful downloadable Flu Vaccination Audit Sheet to help you track the uptake of influenza vaccination in your patients who fall into these at-risk groups.
